If you are enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account registration and enrolment
Certain services require registration or enrolment. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Programme access and delivery
Programme content, schedules, and delivery formats are described on our website and in enrolment confirmations. We reserve the right to modify schedules, facilitators, or delivery methods with reasonable notice. Self-paced learners receive access for the duration specified at enrolment. Cohort participants must attend or review scheduled sessions within the programme window. Failure to complete a programme within the access period does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated in our refund policy below.
5. Fees and payment
Programme fees are displayed at enrolment and confirmed in writing. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the terms specified during enrolment. We use third-party payment processors and do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. Late payments may result in suspension of access. Taxes applicable under Canadian law are additional where required.
6. Refund policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations received before the programme start date. After programmes begin, partial refunds may be issued if withdrawal occurs within seven calendar days and fewer than two modules have been accessed. No refunds are provided after the seven-day window or once substantial content has been accessed, except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation. Corporate contracts may have separate refund terms documented in the service agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All Content is owned by LearnSynthAI or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. We grant enrolled learners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Content solely for personal professional development during the enrolment period. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written consent. You may not share login credentials, download materials for redistribution, or record live sessions without permission.
8. Learner conduct
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes: harassing facilitators or other learners; sharing false or misleading information during enrolment; attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or other accounts; using our services to develop competing curricula through systematic extraction of content; uploading malware or harmful code; and violating any applicable law or regulation. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct violations without refund.
9. Third-party tools and links
Our programmes may reference or integrate third-party synthetic intelligence tools, platforms, or websites. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. LearnSynthAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Links on our website are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
10. Disclaimers
Our services and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kelowna, British Columbia.
