How our pathway works

LearnSynthAI programmes follow a numbered progression from LSA-101 to LSA-601. While you are not required to complete every programme sequentially, we recommend starting with foundations unless you have substantial prior experience with machine learning or large language model systems.

Each programme includes between six and twelve modules, practical assignments, knowledge checks, and a completion summary. Cohort-based sessions run on a quarterly schedule, with self-paced options available for select modules.

LSA-101

Synthetic Intelligence Foundations

Build essential literacy in synthetic intelligence concepts, including how large language models work at a conceptual level, common terminology, and the difference between automation and augmentation. This programme establishes the vocabulary and critical thinking skills needed for everything that follows. Duration: 4 weeks. Format: Cohort or self-paced.

LSA-201

Data Literacy & Prompt Engineering

Develop practical skills in structuring inputs, evaluating outputs, and understanding how data quality affects synthetic intelligence results. Covers prompt design patterns, iteration workflows, and documentation practices for professional environments. Duration: 5 weeks.

LSA-301

Workflow Integration & Governance

Learn to embed synthetic intelligence tools into existing business processes without sacrificing accountability. Topics include approval workflows, audit trails, role definitions, and alignment with Canadian privacy legislation. Duration: 6 weeks.

LSA-401

Ethics, Bias & Responsible Deployment

Examine ethical frameworks, bias detection strategies, transparency requirements, and stakeholder communication. Designed for team leads and compliance-aware professionals who influence how AI tools are adopted. Duration: 5 weeks.

LSA-501

Vendor Evaluation & Tool Selection

Gain structured methods for assessing synthetic intelligence vendors, comparing capabilities, negotiating contracts, and avoiding common procurement pitfalls. Includes rubrics and case studies from Canadian organizations. Duration: 4 weeks.

LSA-601

Advanced Synthesis & Organizational Strategy

Executive-level programme covering long-term capability building, change management, talent development, and strategic roadmapping for synthetic intelligence adoption across departments. Duration: 8 weeks.

Hands-on lab experience

Every programme includes guided lab sessions where learners apply synthetic intelligence concepts in controlled environments. These simulations build confidence before you introduce new workflows to your team or clients.

Lab modules are facilitated by experienced instructors who provide real-time feedback, answer questions, and help you translate exercises into workplace-ready practices.

Enrolment & scheduling

New cohorts open each quarter—January, April, July, and October. Early registration is recommended as cohort sizes are capped to maintain discussion quality. Self-paced learners can begin LSA-101 and LSA-201 at any time.

Corporate teams may request private cohort delivery with customized case studies aligned to your industry. Contact our Kelowna office to discuss group rates and scheduling flexibility for distributed teams across Canada.
